Our 16 production facilities have the most state-of-the-art equipment in Eastern Europe and manufacture 750,000 tons of products every year. 

COMPOSITION
Our engineers analyze the product in-depth, keep improving the technology, and select ingredients to extend the shelf life while preserving the flavor, quality, and health benefits. For example, in 2017 we launched an egg processing facility, where 1 million eggs are broken every day. Since then, all the EFKO FOOD Professional mayonnaise brands have been manufactured with in-house yolks only.
